*How it Works*

We will be accepting Spring merchandise starting February 1st. Take-in schedule: Wednesday-Friday from 11am-4pm. (Walk-ins: 20 items or less/Appts required: more than 20 items (please call to schedule!)

The process may take anywhere from 30 mins to an hour. For appts, we will look at no more than 50 items at your scheduled time. We ask that you please call for any cancellations so we can quickly fill in your high demand time slot.

Please bring your items in the condition that you would want to purchase them in! We will not accept anything in garbage bags, so items must be neatly folded in a tote, reusable bag, basket, or hung on disposable hangers. All items must be in excellent condition! No pilling, tears, holes, smoke smell, pet odor, or dander. Items must be laundered before bringing them to us. If an item needs to be dry cleaned, feel free to bring it into your appt. to verify that we will accept the item first.

SELL YOUR ITEMS OUTRIGHT FOR CASH: We buy modern and trendy name brand items that have been purchased within the last 3 years or newer. CONSIGN YOUR ITEMS WITH US: We consign vintage (from the 1990s and older) and high-end designer brands. On consignment, you will get 45% of the resale price once your item sells.

The time period for consignment is 4 months. Once items expire, we can either donate them to a local charity or you can schedule an appt. to pick them up. Note: Items are subject to reduction during sales and storewide markdowns. Payout is the 3rd week of every month, in which you can pick up a check, or wait until the end of your 4 month time period. However, you can shop with your credit at any time! :) Your credit will expire after 1 year of the consignment date.
